Recently the folks down at Grind TV stopped by the Foam E-Z shop to film a live three part series with us in the shop as part of a collaboration project we are doing with them where we shaped and glassed a board which will be donated to a local charity. The three parts consisted of a full shop tour, a start to finish shape lesson with our shape instructor Chas Wickwire of Chas Surfboards, and an exclusive demo with shop owner Brad Nadell on how to do some color work on a board. Each segment was hosted live on Grind TV’s Facebook page while we answered as many of your questions as we could throughout. If you didn’t have a chance to catch the broadcast, be sure to check out the video recaps for an exciting and exclusive look into some of the surfboard building processes, and be sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram in the coming weeks to see what lucky charity this board will get donated to!
