Shape Lesson
Private shaping lessons are offered by the hour. You can book 1 hour and work on foiling your rails or book 4 hours and shape a complete board! Either way, you are completely in charge of what you want to accomplish and our master shaper is by your side to show you how to shape it.
Shape Room Rental
We offer a professional shape room for rent by the hour. The shape room is equipped with a state of the art vacuum system that sucks the dust away from the planer and keeps it from getting in your eyes, and on the ground. The room also has a ventilation fan that circulates fresh air in and the old stale air out. We have all of the necessary hand tools and the Clark Foam Power Planer needed to build a professional board.
Glass Job
Glassing a board is a messy, smelly process…but we love it! That’s why we offer glassing services for every type of board from a small, sand only, short board to custom color, gloss polish long boards. Our average turnaround is two weeks and unlike a conventional shop, you CAN get a hold of us during our regular business hours. Give us a shot and we’ll show you how the pro’s get it done.
Ding Repair
A ding can ruin your session and keep you out of the water. We are here to help you get back in the water ASAP! Our turn around time on ding repair is fast and consistent and we offer expedited ding repair. Our repairs are top notch and we stand behind our work.
Custom Blanks
Do you like to experiment with your rocker? Want your board to stand out? A custom blank might be what you’re looking for. From custom stringers to colored foam wedges we can get it for you. Call us up and pick our brains on the many options we offer.
Board Packing
We pack boards for Quiksilver, Hurley, and many other industry pros. Let us pack your next board whether you’re shipping it to a friend or keeping an old board safely stored. It’s quick, affordable, and professionally done to withstand the toughest shipping or storage conditions.
Board Shipping
If we’re packing your board than why not have us ship your board? We have special industry rates with several shipping companies that we pass on to you. We quote out each individual shipment with ALL of our partners to get you the best rate possible. Although we don’t often have to deal with it, if the board is damaged during shipping we follow through with the shipping company until the claim is paid or the situation is resolved.
Custom logos/printing
A professional logo is like icing on a cake. We have a graphic designer that can bring your logo to life. We can also get that logo printed for you whether it be small, or cover an entire board. From quantities of 1 to 1,000 we can get the job done so there’s no need to go to several different places when you can get it done all in one place.
Custom Foam Cutting
Need an unusual blank or shape cut out of foam? Give us a detailed description or send us your file to be cut and we can get it done for you with quick turnaround time. Mobile Demos
We love getting out of the shop and sharing our knowledge. That’s why we do mobile demos. From shaping to glassing and everything in between, we’ll come to you to explain what we do and how surfboards are made.
