We offer a fully stocked professional shape room for rent by the hour. The shape room is equipped with a state of the art vacuum system that sucks the dust away from the planer and keeps it from getting in your eyes, and on the ground. The room also has a ventilation fan that circulates fresh air in and keeps the room at a comfortable working temperature.
From a full array of hand planes, rasps, and surforms suitable for both polyurethane and EPS foam, to an extensive collection of pads, blocks, and grits, our shaping room has everything you need to produce the shape you’ve been dreaming up. Should you have some serious mowing to get done, we have the latest shaping-modified Hitachi P20ST Power Planer available upon request. Don’t have a template of your own to work with? No worries! We have a full library of templates of all types available for use as well.
Rates:
$10.00/hour, includes use of all tools and templates. If you purchase a blank from us then you get one hour FREE. If you have us glass your board or you purchase all the glassing materials from us then you shape for FREE.
